Be the Savior

When you sleep cozily on your warm bed, covered with a thick quilt, you tend to forget the day long tired journey. The killing cold wind is no more into your vision. Your feel awesome while sipping a hot cup of tea with all good memories. But do remember, there are people on this earth who do not have even proper shelter to cover their head. They sleep under the bridges, fly overs and at uncomfortable places. Some are half naked and half covered. Wind is the same. It pierces into their blood, hitting their health badly. Some are strong to sustain this pain but few they can't combat and meet their death. They live life miserably and die anonymously.
This winter be the savior. Donate your old woolen clothes and be the part of#Humsaffar

To be compatible is not tough

Accreditation and credit acts as morale boosters. Even when you are overloaded with huge load, it adds more value to the assigned job. Every iota gets counted. You start working seriously towards your goal. As objective is well defined, you dream for only those things that can pave way for your success.

I have been working over ages. But even today, I feel I know very less. The things that are known are rapidly increasing than to the things that I am learning and gaining knowledge of. Because of this increase, there is an immense demand for being competitive in the market. Just by being intellectual will not suffice the need of the organization. I need to have something different and extra that can be counted for.

The new blood always boosts my morale. When I see them knowing better, the challenge envies me. I want to combat them and want to prove that the learning instinct is still alive in me. I do learn; reprimand my thoughts for being ignorant. And this is the only process that keeps me alive. Helps me to mingle with different age groups and share my view point.

I believe to be compatible is not tough when you have right actions and appropriate thoughts in your mind.

Attitudinal Change

Last night when I was on my way back to home, I saw some children selling bouquets, roses of different colors and of different sizes. The weather was not at all conducive. The chilly wind pierced in, creating discomfort, even when I had wrapped self with a Shawl. I was thinking about the Children’s Day and its celebration along with the kids of my NGO.

The moment I saw these kids, felt abashed. The kids who were selling bouquets were hardly above twelve years. Dusty legs, murky hands but a sweet tender smile was always there on their face. They ran behind the cars, expecting few to buy their product. When there was no response from the other end, still their smile was alive. A spark could be noticed in their eyes. They knew someone else will surely buy those flowers.

They moved to the next customer, with positive approach. Are these kids not eligible to be the part of today’s celebration? Country where we talk about unity in diversity, country where we speak aloud about sovereignty, why do we ignore and overlook these kids?

I wanted to have answer for my question, but I failed to get a satisfactory response, as everybody feels bad and emotionally hurt but when it comes to taking constructive step, it is for sure, it goes sincerely in vain.

There is a demand of attitudinal change. The change that is not only thought of but also worked over.

Though Old Take Care

Whenever we renovate things we tend to discard the obsolete things. Things which were near and dear to our heart once had lost its charm. It is now faded and so we realize that it has lost its worth. Without thinking further, we immediately take a decision of parting such things. We start thinking of replacing the same with something new, something better and precious than what we had prior. In the lusty shine of new thing, the old one seems to be worthless.
Let us take a stand, instead of discarding and getting detached with the old and obsolete things, let us spend sometime to repair and renew the same so that the object can obtain its lost charm and can once again become bright and attractive.
Relationship generally very old these days are considered to be the worn out. People look for building and strengthening new relationships rather focusing on the old. Let us not forget that they are valuable, more precious and delicate that needs special attention and care; to illuminate the same glow and emit more joy and happiness with everyone.

True Meaning of Being Happy

Keeping expectation aside, when you enjoy doing anything and feel your presence, you will really be happy. The moment the things come by force, against your willingness it tends to make you sad. Even if the work was of your choice but was not perceived by you at your end, you feel dejected. Involvement into any activity will make decide whether to name it as a happy ones or sad. To gain happiness even in those things that were imposed and were forced to do, will create the joy of achievement. Also you can widen the horizon of learning otherwise monotonous job will kill your creativity. I believe when you are indulged into something that you were not liking to do but still had put your best effort to excel into it, acts like buoyancy.

Be Soft Spoken

When it comes to speaking let us admit the fact that everyone of us would fail at some instance or the other; we all know that to be a good speaker it is very important to speak good things. Even if you criticize someone you will have to use soft words rather using harsh terms that can injure the person's emotion. Also it would hurt instead of healing and reprimanding someone at a mistake. It is suggestible to empathize. Better you know and explore the right terms and correct time for correcting. Speaking and telling someone about certain things is our day-to-day activity. Hence we need to work very hard to abdicate the wrong ones and imply the right form of speaking.
Let us speak and check our own speaking skills.
