Say no to GOSSIP

Early Morning when you reach your office and when your friends greet you, instead of passing sweet smile and wishing them, often we start greeting but with regret.
Tiring day, sleepless night, unpalatable food, tantrums of kids at home, tussle between family members or between your better-half...
Oh Lord! give a break for heaven sake...
There is so much of negativism in the body. How do you expect that the things that you would be dealing with will in turn be positive.
You need to demarcate and have clarity in thought so that you can plan for your day and its activity merrily. The moment you step in your office, the split in your persona should be visible. It is utmost important to have different personalities.
At your workplace come relaxed with all positive vibes. Think more of your work and about your performance than back bitching about your friends and family. These can only kill your time. It also effects your efficiency and will hamper your growth. The aggression in you will not allow to move ahead in any sphere of your life.
Step-in with confidence with clarity in mind as such what you are willing to do. Do not start your day with gossip. The beginning hour of your working time should be utilized properly. Do meditate for a while. Think in a fruitful way, what you wish to do for the day.
Gossip can only cut short your effective time. Rather entertainment, it amplifies your pressure and will spoil your day.

Think twice and do avoid GOSSIP
